Terms of Service
By engaging Silverpaw Management for any service, you agree to the following terms:> Design Services (Carrd and Logo Commissions)
- The terms of service for all Carrd and logo commissions align with the CYRE DESIGNS ToS. Please refer to Cyre Designs' Carrd for detailed information.> Service Requests and Communication
- All service or booking requests, including DJ bookings, event staffing, and other offerings, must be made through the Silverpaw Management Discord server by opening a ticket.
- Please do not reach out to team members directly for service requests. All communication should remain within the ticketing system.> Service Availability
- Service roles, such as DJs, G-posers, bartenders, gamba masters, tarot readers, and shout runners, are offered based on team availability and may not always be available for your requested event date or time.
- Silverpaw Management reserves the right to decline any booking or service request at its discretion.> Payment
- Payments for DJ bookings and on-demand staff bookings must be completed immediately after the shift concludes unless other arrangements have been explicitly made.
- If payment cannot be made on time, please contact Cyre Silverpaw promptly to resolve the matter.> Cancellations
- If an event with confirmed DJ or staff bookings needs to be canceled, you must notify the Silverpaw Management team as soon as possible to allow for proper adjustments.> Service Quality and Expectations
- While Silverpaw Management strives to provide the highest quality services, specific outcomes (e.g., attendance levels from shout runners or event atmosphere from DJ performances) cannot be guaranteed.
- Clients are encouraged to provide detailed event briefs and expectations during the service request process to help the team deliver the best possible results.> Code of Conduct
- All interactions with the Silverpaw Management team, DJs, and staff must remain professional and respectful. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of services or being added to blacklist.
- Refunds are not guaranteed if services are terminated due to client misconduct.> Liability

Dorian Enigma is a warm-hearted, kind soul with a deep love for playing music. Music helped Dorian find a way out of a very dark time in life, and now, they aim to help others find that same light through each set. Formerly the owner of four venues under Enigma Enterprise, Dorian closed them to focus more on DJing but continues to sponsor and advise struggling venues. Playing all genres of music for everyone to enjoy, Dorian also loves cuddles, long walks on the beach, and gazing into the night sky on a nice summer night. Above all, Dorian loves people.

DJing since his teenage years, Tinklage started with under-18 parties in city clubs and later transitioned to house parties until COVID-19 brought everything to a halt. During the lockdown, he made it his mission to keep the spirit of music alive.
